Returns

Because we specialize in beauty and personal care products, all sales are final. However, we absolutely stand behind the quality of everything we sell!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will make it right — no hassle, no stress. That's a BFF promise. 💖

To report an issue, email us at TellMeAboutIt@lovealwaysyourbff.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item and issue
• A brief description of the problem

We'll review it and get back to you within 1-2 business days with a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. We also cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll work with you on a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

EU Customers

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided items are unopened, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please contact us at TellMeAboutIt@lovealwaysyourbff.com to initiate.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, reach out at TellMeAboutIt@lovealwaysyourbff.com and we'll look into it right away.
